Your roles and responsibilites
- Identification of customer needs
- Gather, analysis and validation of business requirements
- Documentation of business requirements
- Solution design
- Support for the project team and the client
What we expect
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis in IT projects
- Creating process diagrams, writing "use cases", "user stories", acceptance criteria, test scenarios
- Experience in designing solutions based on gained requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence
- Minumum B2 level of English
- Openness to perform manual tests
- Experience in cooperation with the client and with the team
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independence, good work organization and proactivity
- Nice to have: knowledge of UML notation, experience with UI/UX design tools, e.g. Figma, knowledge of SQL, knowledge of agile methodologies

What to expect at a recruitment interview?
The interview takes place remotely and lasts about an hour. You will meet with a recruiter and one or two technical leaders who will verify your technical knowledge and ask you to solve recruitment tasks.
