Join the Core Banking Platform project — one of the largest banking transformation initiatives! You’ll help build a new, strategic banking platform with a global reach. Your decisions will directly impact infrastructure and system architecture quality.
Your roles and responsibilites
- Designing and developing the Core Banking Platform architecture and associated systems
- Creating IT/infrastructure solutions in line with architectural standards
- Defining and overseeing non-functional requirements (NFR)
- Participating in integration projects and building modern infrastructure environments
- Collaborating with technical and business teams — mentoring, support
- Creating and maintaining IT architecture roadmaps
- Supporting the evolution of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile delivery processes
What we expect
- Experience in Hadoop, Kafka, Cloudera, IBM MQ, Oracle (Exadata/RAC), Kubernetes, and microservices
- Understanding of complex banking systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, DevOps teams, and the business side
- Experience in IT solution architecture, IT infrastructure and technical architecture
- Ability to analyze and implement non-functional requirements
- Knowledge of SRE practices, monitoring, and root cause analysis
- Practical experience in designing and documenting architecture (SDD, TRRD)
- Proficiency in microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud technologies
- Nice to have: knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact, Platform as a Service (PaaS), integration technologies (OSB, MQ, WebLogic)
- Fluency in English - minimum B2 level (international team)

What to expect at a recruitment interview?
The interview takes place remotely and lasts about an hour. You will meet with a recruiter and one or two technical leaders who will verify your technical knowledge and ask you to solve recruitment tasks.
What are the possible meeting times?
